		RCB-1P Oilless bearing is based on the structure of RCB-10 material and it’s design is according to special work condition of reciprocate. It is a new compounding products and its function is similar with DD2 in foreign country.

Advantages of dry bearing

(1) Green environmental protection

There is no need to recycle waste oil, which is conducive to environmental protection.

(2) Reduce the requirement of grinding parts

The hardness of grinding shaft is low, and the grinding shaft without quenching and tempering treatment can be used, which reduces the machining difficulty of related parts.

(3) High and low temperature resistance

It is resistant to high and low temperature. The service temperature of some products is - 200 ℃ to 600 ℃
